These are transaction-based fees for specific activities that require additional time and resources from Vestwell, such as loans and distributions. These services are not new, but the way they’re presented is. At Accrue, many of these fees were included within hourly “special service” rates or custody and distribution fees. Now, these costs show up on a clear, published fee schedule so you can see exactly what you’re paying for and when. You’ll be able to access the full fee schedule within the plan setup flow, in transition communications, and from your employer portal.
